CPR and Aed COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Cardiac arrest is very common – anyone at home or in the community can have a sudden cardiac arrest. This CPR Certification is very essential, Do you have enough knowledge to save this life? The same is the case with choking. It could be an adult, child or babies who might choke on something unexpectedly.

CPR stands for Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation. Cardio means heart and Pulmonary means lungs. Heart and lungs are best friends; they always work together in real life. We perform CPR by doing sets of chest compression and then giving breaths in the ratio of 30:2. In case we do not have a face shield to give the breaths, we can also do compression-only CPR.

Courses on CPR provide the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children and babies. Participants also learn the use of AED (Automated External Defibrillator). It includes the latest CPR guidelines and meets legislation for provincial/ territorial worker safety and board. It also meets standards established by the Federal Occupational Health and Safety Act.

This course includes full training in CPR for an adult, child, and baby. It also includes training on how to use AED, and circulatory emergencies including how to deal with life-threatening external and internal bleeding, stroke, and heart attack. The participants also learn how to deal with partial and complete choking in an adult, child, and baby.

CPR- C includes training for Adults, Children, and a Baby.
