Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: September 25, 2026
At Canadian Health & Safety Education, we strive to provide high-quality training and customer satisfaction. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy for our paid courses.
1. Cancellation by the Student
If you need to cancel your course registration, you must notify us in writing via email at info@canadianhse.ca.
Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled course start date are eligible for a full 100% refund, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 2 to 6 days prior to the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course start date, or “no-shows” on the day of the course, are not eligible for a refund.
2. Online/E-Learning Courses
For self-paced online courses, refunds will only be granted within 3 days of purchase, provided that the student has not started the course, accessed the learning materials, or generated a certificate. Once a course has been accessed, all sales are final.
3. Course Cancellation by Canadian Health & Safety Education
In the rare event that Canadian Health & Safety Education must cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances, registered students will be notified immediately. Students will be offered the choice of:
A priority transfer to the next available course date.
A full 100% refund of the course fee.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email info@canadianhse.ca with your full name, registration email, and order/receipt number.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
